Durham surprised me. As a smaller sibling to Raleigh, North Carolina’s capital, I was expecting barbecue, beer, and biscuits. Boy, was I wrong.
Sure, you’ll find Southern favorites, but Durham offers so much more. Did you know it was once voted Tastiest Town in the South by Southern Living magazine?
